About the role
- Support the Chief Growth Officer in business development strategies
- Conduct detailed market and opportunity research
- Support opportunity qualification and assessments
- Develop structured opportunity briefings and research summaries
- Assist with capture planning activities and stakeholder mapping
- Support proposal preparations and maintain opportunity data
Requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Demonstrated experience in federal contracting, defense acquisition, or government programs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with structured data and CRM systems
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Prior experience supporting business development is preferred
- Familiarity with DoW organizations, acquisition processes, and contract vehicles is a plus
