• You are responsible for new business and open doors across German mid-market companies (Mittelstand), scale-ups, VC/PE firms and family offices.
• You turn contacts into signed mandates.
• You convert your existing network into a sales pipeline.
• You own origination, qualification and deal closing.
• You hold C-level conversations and translate AI into business outcomes.
• You help shape the go-to-market strategy, positioning and pricing of PLUZ services.
• You structure deals and account strategies for key clients.
• You build out the sales organization over time.
• You define what AI-native consulting looks like in practice at PLUZ.
