About the role

  • Make a difference as a Senior Commercial Consultant — you will be part of a diverse team responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on relationship management, cross-sell and retention.
  • In addition to ensuring revenue targets are met, elevate engagement with the accounts in your portfolio and demonstrate the value of Pluxee’s differentiated service.
  • Seek new cross-sell opportunities for Pluxee across all categories by building a consistent client relationship through an understanding of their business and broadening points of contact, thereby consolidating our value proposition through specific, targeted sales.
  • Ensure adherence to our operating model, which comprises our performance pillars: strategic planning, day-to-day execution, final profitability, consultative approach, and others.
  • Engage in consumer and trade marketing activities, new retail partnerships and other initiatives, always attentive to different business opportunities (both inside and outside your portfolio).
  • Visit all clients, prioritizing the agreed rotation of accounts through a mix of in-person and remote engagement during business days.
  • Ensure interaction with Salesforce.
  • Monitor market information to execute and seed new opportunities in partnership with the Commercial area, contributing experience and staying alert to changes or situations that may affect our business and/or our clients.
  • Part of your activities will include proactively scheduling positive meetings with Association leadership, creating strategic alliances and providing advance insights for our business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Extensive experience in account management, working in sales or related areas such as merchant acquiring, financial markets, merchant credentialing and network maintenance; familiarity with calculations involving %Selic and rates for receipt and anticipation of receivables.
  • Experience in retail negotiations, financial negotiations and negotiations based on trade-offs/consideration.
  • Willingness to travel.
