About the role

  • Conduct legal review of contracts and amendments from suppliers across all company areas, and draft new agreements when necessary.
  • Draft contracts and amendments related to Partnerships, Intermediation, Mediation and Sponsorships, ensuring clarity, balance and legal certainty.
  • Provide legal support in the creation and updating of partnership agreements, especially for projects related to the implementation of new legislation or regulatory adjustments.
  • Assess the legal feasibility of internal and external campaigns, including drafting and reviewing their terms and rules.
  • Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and best practices for communication.
  • Prepare notices, counter-notices, communications, letters, termination agreements and settlement releases for suppliers, service providers and other third parties involved.
  • Legally review regulations and contracts for new software implemented by the IT area, assessing risks, compliance and applicable legal requirements.
  • Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), ensuring adequate protection of the company’s strategic information.
  • Produce legal studies and opinions on various topics to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Analyze and review Internal Control Policies and Standards, contributing to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed);
  • Experience in advisory legal practice, with a focus on contracts;
  • Negotiation skills and strong communication to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for Pluxee’s business areas.
