• Run full sales cycles: take qualified meetings, conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and close deals
• Self-source a portion of your pipeline through outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, warm introductions)
• Develop customized proposals and present ROI-driven frameworks to prospects
• Navigate objections, negotiate contract terms, and secure signed agreements
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within our CRM
• Provide transparent weekly pipeline reviews and revenue forecasts
• Coordinate smooth post-sale handoffs to the delivery team
• Attend daily standups and weekly review calls

Business Development Rep

• Identify and research target accounts within our ideal customer profile
• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, direct messaging, and personalized video
• Book qualified discovery calls and manage pre-call nurture sequences to ensure high show rates
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting within our CRM
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, sequences, and targeting criteria
• Identify and propose new initiatives to improve pipeline generation efficiency
