About the role

  • Own the product roadmap for innovation products, balancing stability, scalability, and incremental customer and business value.
  • Translate business goals and partner needs into clear technical requirements, system behaviors, and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to evolve complex systems, manage technical constraints, and sequence work across multiple services and dependencies.
  • Define and maintain product contracts (APIs, workflows, data models, eligibility, pricing, entitlements, etc.) that enable reliable integrations and downstream use.
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve structural bottlenecks (technical debt, data gaps, workflow friction) that limit scalability, automation, or partner experience.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities, from discovery through build, release, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Use data, logs, and operational signals to monitor product health, detect issues, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Work with Data, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate instrumentation, reporting, and financial integrity across the product.
  • Lead cross-functional tradeoff decisions across reliability, performance, time-to-market, and revenue impact.
  • Represent the product in technical discussions with partners, platform teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of system behavior and constraints.
  • Drive documentation, standards, and clarity around how the product actually works, not just what it does.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, experience working on technical, platform, or systems-heavy products is a plus
  • Strong ability to reason about complex systems — including APIs, services, data flows, pricing logic, entitlements, and dependencies.
  • Experience partnering deeply with Engineering to design, sequence, and deliver scalable solutions in production environments.
  • Comfortable translating between business intent and technical implementation without losing fidelity on either side.
  • Proven track record of owning live, revenue-critical products where reliability, correctness, and operational efficiency matter.
  • Experience working with analytics, logging, or financial reporting to validate that systems behave as intended in the real world.
  • Strong judgment in managing tradeoffs between speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
  • Clear communicator who can align Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations around shared goals, constraints, and priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and legacy environments, bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum.
