About the role
- Own the product roadmap for innovation products, balancing stability, scalability, and incremental customer and business value.
- Translate business goals and partner needs into clear technical requirements, system behaviors, and prioritized delivery plans.
- Partner closely with Engineering to evolve complex systems, manage technical constraints, and sequence work across multiple services and dependencies.
- Define and maintain product contracts (APIs, workflows, data models, eligibility, pricing, entitlements, etc.) that enable reliable integrations and downstream use.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve structural bottlenecks (technical debt, data gaps, workflow friction) that limit scalability, automation, or partner experience.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities, from discovery through build, release, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Use data, logs, and operational signals to monitor product health, detect issues, and guide continuous improvement.
- Work with Data, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate instrumentation, reporting, and financial integrity across the product.
- Lead cross-functional tradeoff decisions across reliability, performance, time-to-market, and revenue impact.
- Represent the product in technical discussions with partners, platform teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of system behavior and constraints.
- Drive documentation, standards, and clarity around how the product actually works, not just what it does.

- Comfortable translating between business intent and technical implementation without losing fidelity on either side.
- Proven track record of owning live, revenue-critical products where reliability, correctness, and operational efficiency matter.
- Experience working with analytics, logging, or financial reporting to validate that systems behave as intended in the real world.
- Strong judgment in managing tradeoffs between speed, quality, and technical sustainability.
- Clear communicator who can align Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations around shared goals, constraints, and priorities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and legacy environments, bringing structure, clarity, and forward momentum.
