Analyst

• Develop, qualify, and pursue new commercial / offtake opportunities for Plus Power, with a focus on ISO / RTO markets
• Produce strategic market assessment & analysis including but not limited to reviewing / summarizing market price forecasts and fundamentals, interconnection queues, energy technology costs, utility IRPs/ERPs, understanding policy drivers such as clean energy mandates and capacity markets, and the competitive landscape
• Support bilateral outreach to and structured product development for major C&I companies such as investment banks, commodity firms, electricity retailers, and data center developers
• Manage and prepare written RFP responses and manage/support other power marketing activities including administrative, financial, commercial, and legal
• Coordinate and manage internal resources & teams supporting commercial efforts
• Support M&A processes including evaluating new opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting valuation/pricing exercises
• Support internal risk controls and compliance obligations, including preparing and supporting investment committee presentations and managing follow-up tasks
• Support fast-paced deal making exercises on as-needed basis for given circumstances
• Inform market entry strategies via key customer relationships in target regions
• Manage internal pipeline tracker across multiple projects & stages throughout portfolio

Origination Analyst – Battery Storage

Security Engineer

• Work day-to-day with a broad set of stakeholders and contributors to drive Plus Power’s cybersecurity program and activities aligning with the company’s compliance and security postures
• Promote secure by design and secure by default strategies
• Baseline, monitor, identify, and assess security vulnerabilities and risks in applications and infrastructure across operational technology (OT), information technology (IT), data science, and data engineering environments
• Own and drive the resolution of different security events, control gaps, policy questions, and technical security risks
• Contribute to building repeatable/reusable/systematic security processes and frameworks to identify potential security events, quantifying and documenting their feasibility, and enumerating the potential blast radius for the organization
• Manage the company’s Compliance & Security Posture Management (CSPM) Platforms, and advance the enterprise's efforts to obtain cybersecurity framework certifications that align with compliance posture along with attestations to reassure internal stakeholders and external customers of our cybersecurity posture
• Provide project management for the implementation of security controls while operating cross-functionally
• Conduct automated evidence collection operations to guarantee the longevity and uniformity of our controls
• Assist with identification and mitigation of cybersecurity risks including compliance concerns (SOX, ISO, NERC-CIP, NIST CSF 2.0)
• Develop, communicate, and assess the compliance stance of the framework in relation to internal and external policies
• Build out and run a Third-Party Cyber Risk Management (TPRM) Program and mitigate systemic risk from security posture vendors and end-to-end software supply chain
• Communicate and maintain cybersecurity and risk metrics for senior executives and leaders of various business units
• Work with External Relations team on proposed cybersecurity legislation and regulations
• Work with Legal and Compliance team to establish cybersecurity controls to facilitate compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Principal Cybersecurity Engineer – Battery Storage

Operations

• Define the product vision and roadmap for our BESS deployments, energy trading platform and other internally developed software products.
• Define and prioritize product features that enhance the efficiency, profitability, and risk management of our BESS operations across multiple markets.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Trading, Asset Management, Market Analysis, and operations teams to understand user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements and lead technical teams to build tools to meet these requirements.
• Develop and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with external vendors to integrate new technologies and solutions into our platform.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify procurement opportunities, product differentiation and market expansion.
• Own the product launch process, including strategy, user adoption, and training.
• Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and future developments.
• Stay abreast of compliance and regulatory changes and technological advancements in the energy storage and trading landscape.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Manager, Energy Trading Operations – Battery Storage

General Counsel

• Partner with Origination and Commercial Team in negotiation of offtake agreements, including tolling agreements and other structured offtake
• Support the Origination and Commercial Team in conducting due diligence and negotiations on M&A opportunities
• Support the Origination and Commercial Team in reviewing requests for proposals and developing comprehensive bid submittals, including markups of key agreements
• Function as an internal quarterback for offtake transactions, soliciting feedback and review of documents from subject matter experts and incorporating feedback into the deal structure and documents
• Support the Finance Team (in conjunction with the Origination and Commercial Team) to provide commercial inputs/deliverables in connection with project finance transactions
• Oversee Outside Counsel on select transactions and assist in the selection of such outside counsel
