About the role
- Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers across the Learner group — setting clear expectations, coaching through ambiguity, and building the product management capability needed to execute at the pace and quality the business requires.
- Define the product strategy and customer experience for your solution area, grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs, jobs‑to‑be‑done, and business outcomes.
- Deliver on the strategy and roadmap by leading and enabling the Product Management team, ensuring clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and high‑quality execution.
- Own results for your product, including revenue growth, retention, bookings growth, and portfolio‑level KPIs, and mobilize the team to impact these metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience in product management or adjacent disciplines; or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and collaboration skills, with a servant leadership mindset and a track record of building healthy, inclusive teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases in company‑wide and executive forums.
- Ability to define and execute product and portfolio strategy using inputs such as customer insights, market research, competitive analysis, voice of customer, business reviews, and company goals.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and key performance indicators to make investment trade‑offs and measure impact across revenue, retention, engagement, and other product‑line KPIs.
