- lead end-to-end organizational design and development initiatives

Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience
- significant experience supporting senior Product, Engineering, or Technology leaders
- demonstrated expertise in organizational design for technical teams
- proven success advising executive leadership
- strong track record in workforce planning and succession strategy
- deep knowledge of employment law
- exceptional business acumen
