💰 $83,600 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Manage annual global compliance in partnership with Legal, Payroll, Tax, IT, Finance, HR and other functions
- Manage immigration processes and policies in adherence with regulatory laws
- Manage compliance projects and implement new practices and procedures to ensure compliance to global standards, laws, and regulations
- Manage HR compliance filings (e.g. EEO-1, BLS, VETS)
- Lead HR audit controls and program, track compliance actions, strengthen governance, documentation and internal controls
- Oversee HR policy and handbook, including policy creation and updates
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, immigration or risk management
- Deep, hands-on experience managing global operational compliance programs
- Experience managing immigration programs
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
