About the role
- Lead the planning, direction, and performance management of paid media across B2B, Brand, and B2C.
- Manage Pluralsight’s media agency relationship.
- Direct and execute integrated media strategies.
- Own media KPIs and performance reporting.
- Manage media budgets with strong forecasting and reconciliation practices.
- Own and manage Pluralsight’s B2C promotional discount strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing, including ownership of strategy and execution.
- B2B media experience required.
- Proven experience managing and scaling a media agency relationship (planning, execution, optimization, budget).
- Strong track record of KPI ownership and driving measurable outcomes across full-funnel media.
- Experience managing significant budgets, forecasting/pacing, and translating performance into executive-ready insights.
- Operational strength with invoicing workflows, approvals, and accounts payable record-keeping.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
