About the role
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders and support data-based decision making
- Build sophisticated analytical models through Tableau
- Create and present compelling practical road maps around your findings
- Manage the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards
- Establish monthly cadenced business reporting and meetings
- Partner effectively across various organizations to drive insights for the business
- Own and enhance data-sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience working in business intelligence, analytics, business operations, consulting
- A solid understanding of Salesforce and Tableau, with People.ai and Anaplan as nice-to-haves
- GSuite presentation building and modeling experience
- Experience supporting Customer Success and Professional Service teams with workflow optimization, reporting and analytics, and program management
- Experience building and maintaining tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, FinancialForce, and/or other Success systems a strong plus
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects cross functionally
