💰 $91,200 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Own equity accounting end-to-end, including administration of equity grants
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for equity-related questions
- Perform and review monthly reconciliations between equity systems and HR data
- Prepare cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
- Prepare and review debt covenant calculations
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal partners to support audits
- Partner with valuation specialists to support annual equity award valuations
- Monitor liquidity needs and anticipate borrowing requirements
- Review debt- and lease-related GL reconciliations
- Research new accounting guidance and provide technical conclusions
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to team members
Requirements
- Ability to use and navigate Netsuite
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- CPA is preferred
- Requires a minimum of 6 years of related or equivalent experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree
