About the role
- Run and improve the forecasting cadence for the North America Commercial and SMB business
- Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Leverage existing datasets and dashboards to perform ad-hoc data analysis
- Recommend business process improvement through data analysis and testing
- Present findings and analysis to department leadership
- Support the annual planning process with input across territory, segmentation and coverage design
Requirements
- 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong Salesforce and Tableau skills
- Proficient using SQL to query large data sets
