About the role
- Develop and sustain enterprise-wide release strategy, processes, and governance in collaboration with engineering, product, and enterprise project management teams
- Plan, coordinate and execute releases across multiple teams and platforms, ensuring quality, timeliness and alignment with business objectives
- Establish release calendars, roadmaps and communication channels to provide visibility into upcoming releases, risks and dependencies
- Implement release management procedures, like process automation, documentation, and adherence to governance and compliance standards
- Provide reporting, metrics and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in release management, software delivery, or technology operations
- Experience defining and managing cross-organizational release strategies and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex releases across diverse systems
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
