About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Convert outbound and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Represent Plunet at industry conferences and in public webinars.
  • Advise prospective customers on the best-fit Plunet solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs and coordinate guided proof-of-concept phases.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Support prospects throughout the evaluation phase.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Implementation, Support, Marketing, and Product Management.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in solution sales.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level or equivalent).
  • Additional language skills are an asset.
  • Comfortable demonstrating software — online, at conferences, and during on-site visits.
  • Passionate about fostering lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Well organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Sense of humor and the ability to communicate easily with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
