• Community Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth and engagement strategy across Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, Farcaster, and other relevant platforms.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Foster relationships with builders, investors, and partners in the RWA and DeFi space. Organize AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and community calls.
• Content & Culture: Collaborate with marketing to shape Plume’s voice and tone. Create memes, threads, polls, and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Feedback Loop: Act as the internal voice of the community—gather insights, surface pain points, and relay feedback to product and leadership teams.
• Event Activation: Represent Plume at conferences, hackathons, and meetups. Organize online and offline community events.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track engagement, growth, and sentiment. Use data to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.

Marketing

• Manage partner marketing requests: Own the intake, prioritization, and collaborative execution of all inbound marketing requests from 200+ ecosystem partners and builders.
• Build trusted relationships: Serve as the go-to marketing contact for top-tier partners, balancing responsiveness with strategic discipline.
• Develop joint content & campaigns: Create and oversee the strategy for co-marketing content – blogs, case studies, social campaigns, events, and thought leadership pieces.
• Protect Plume’s brand: Shape partner requests into narratives that align with Plume’s positioning and maintain quality standards.
• Operationalize the function: Establish systems for tracking requests, measuring outcomes, and ensuring partners feel supported at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Outside of the marketing department, work closely with the Ecosystem and BizDev teams to ensure partner activations ladder up to Plume’s broader priorities.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Plume is building the first RWAfi network designed for crypto-native real-world asset use cases.
• Support financial modeling and analysis for commercial partnerships, token economics and incentive design, M&A and acqui-hire opportunities, new product initiatives and go-to-market strategy
• Prepare internal memos and board-level materials to support strategic decisions
• Analyze key business KPIs and propose optimizations
• Manage outsourced accounting partner and internal close cadences
• Own the financial forecast model and help build scenario planning capabilities
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation across teams and entities
• Coordinate treasury operations across wallets, bank accounts, and capital accounts
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to manage entity structuring, capital flows, and partner payments
• Work with Foundation and external partners to manage fund disbursements, grants, and multi-sig governance ops
• Improve financial and operational systems (e.g., payments infra, subledgers, reporting dashboards)

Social Media Manager

1. Create high-quality, engaging content strategically tailored to social media platforms including X and LinkedIn
2. Identify emerging trends in social media content creation, stay ahead of cultural trends in the crypto community, deploy impactful proactive content on Plume's social channels
3. Monitor, respond, and engage with our audience in real time, fostering trust and loyalty within the crypto and broader RWA community
4. Develop and maintain a content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and execute posts
5. Work closely with marketing, BD and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency
6. Measure and report against the performance of social marketing initiatives; share recommendations to optimize social channels
7. Handle operational social media tasks, including onboarding vendors, quarterly audits, and new account creations
