About the role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 17 stores, with primary focus on the state capital and metropolitan region of Bahia, and occasional trips to the interior.
- Conduct on-site client visits to strengthen relationships and monitor commercial execution.
- Handle account servicing and development, ensuring proximity, professionalism and a results-oriented approach.
- Oversee the full commercial cycle: negotiation, orders, invoicing, deliveries, stockouts and replenishments.
- Interface with internal departments (logistics, invoicing, finance and commercial).
- Support the management of commercial contracts, budgets, investments and agreements.
- Analyze indicators, commercial reports and BI to support strategic decisions.
- Keep records and controls up to date (CRM, spreadsheets, reports and documents).
- Act proactively to identify opportunities for account improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably with retail, wholesale or key accounts.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills.
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze performance indicators and BI.
- Valid driver’s license (CNH) and own vehicle.
- Availability for occasional travel.
