About the role

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, with emphasis on leases and service agreements;
  • Drafting notifications, reviewing documents and issuing legal opinions;
  • Generalist technical knowledge of corporate/business legal matters;
  • Ability to understand the economic-legal context of companies, with a business-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Education: Law degree and current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Windows and the main Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and PDF tools.
  • Differentials: Experience with commercial or operational contracts and knowledge of matters related to shopping centers.
