Operations

• Actively monitor the performance of automated playtests, troubleshoot issues independently with urgency and attention to detail
• Oversee the end-to-end process of remote mobile playtesting for custom projects
• Serve as a primary point of contact for North American clients
• Coordinate playtests and troubleshoot issues with the greater Research Operations team while working asynchronously across time zones
• Use in-house and external software programs to facilitate playtesting and client communication
• Document and regularly update information for current projects as well as maintain our internal help center
