💰 £35,000 per year

About the role

  • Spearhead all aspects of our automation activities by solving internal tooling gaps
  • Building the first versions of products that help us source deals, automate repetitive workflows, and scale our support for portfolio companies
  • Taking an active part within our operations to figure out where AI and automation can move the needle most
  • Dive deep into the VC tech stack and to build impactful products with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and the role can start immediately.

Requirements

  • Technical Native: AI-native talent obsessed with the latest models and tools.
  • Hands-on Experience: You've previously shipped and deployed AI tools.
  • Venture Exposure: Some familiarity with or interest in VC operations and processes.
  • Product Thinker: You obsess about your customers and building great products for them.
  • Ownership Mindset: You thrive with levels of ownership, autonomy and responsibility.
  • Culture: You’re high energy and proactive but equally low ego.

  • You’re available for minimum 2 days a week and work from time to time in our Farringdon office across a 6-12 month period
