About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build and manage outreach campaigns to high-value fitness and wellness creators
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and strategic partnership conversations
- Hunt for and qualify target creators across databases and networks
- Close deals and hit revenue targets
- Refine our sales playbook based on what actually works in the field
Requirements
- Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy and how creators monetize
- Hands-on execution mindset—you're scrappy, move fast, and aren't above doing the grunt work
- Strong understanding of fitness and wellness industry (networks, influencers, business models)
- Comfortable being a swiss army knife—building lists one day, closing a major creator the next
