Full-stack Engineer

• Design and implement new features across the stack (Node.js, ReactJS, and React Native), with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and real user value, shaping APIs and GraphQL contracts as part of the feature design process.
• Spend the majority of your time in your area of deep expertise, while regularly contributing across the web app, the backend, and the mobile app — picking up features, smaller tasks, and code reviews wherever they're needed.
• Build and evolve backend services and APIs (REST and GraphQL) that power our platform. Focus on reliability, maintainability, and clean integrations with frontend applications and third-party services.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into practical, well-scoped technical solutions.
• Contribute to Engineering Requirement Documents (ERDs) that define data models, API contracts, and integration points before implementation begins.
• Write clean, readable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared standards around quality, testing, and maintainability. Improve existing systems where it provides clear product or developer value.
• Take responsibility for the features you build. Identify issues or gaps, propose improvements, and iterate based on feedback. You're comfortable working with some ambiguity and adapting as requirements evolve.
• Break down product requirements into data models, GraphQL types, and component structure before writing implementation code.

Senior Product Engineer, Typescript

Graphics Designer

• Produce polished digital and print assets that stay true to Playbook's brand standards while supporting diverse marketing campaigns, client initiatives, and business needs.
• Partner closely with the Associate Creative Director and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals, provide creative solutions, incorporate feedback, and ensure all deliverables align with the intended vision and brand strategy.
• Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously while balancing shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Bring fresh ideas, thoughtful design solutions, and creative problem-solving to every project.

Graphic Designer – Contractor

• Design and implement new iOS features with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and delivering value to real users.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable mobile architecture (including networking, data persistence, and state management) that supports fast iteration and long-term maintainability.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into practical, well-scoped technical solutions. Provide input during planning to ensure features are feasible, maintainable, and aligned with user and business goals.
• Ensure high-quality releases through clean, readable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared standards around quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Take ownership of the features you build. Identify issues or gaps, propose improvements, and iterate based on feedback. You’re comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting as requirements evolve.
• Improve app performance and reliability by diagnosing bottlenecks, addressing crashes, and strengthening overall stability and user experience.

Senior iOS Engineer

QA Engineer

• Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases across web, iOS, and Android.
• Test complex internal systems end-to-end — email automation, CRM data pipelines, property syncs — and verify they behave correctly, including at the edges.
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports that engineers can act on without a back-and-forth.
• Run regression testing ahead of releases and feature rollouts.
• Build a deep working knowledge of the product and how its pieces fit together.
• Get up to speed quickly on testing native mobile apps — across devices, OS versions, and store builds.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to clarify expected behavior and catch issues early.
• Help shape and improve our QA process as we build it out.
