About the role
- Design and develop electronic systems for AI wearable prototypes, including schematic design and system architecture.
- Build and debug prototype hardware, supporting board bring-up, sensor integration, and system validation.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and firmware engineers to deliver fully functional prototype devices.
- Evaluate electronic feasibility of product concepts and support rapid hardware iteration cycles.
- Prepare validated electronic designs and documentation for handoff to the Shenzhen engineering team for further development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics, IoT, or wearable device development.
- Strong experience in schematic design, board bring-up, and system debugging for embedded hardware systems.
- Proficiency in EE design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, or KiCad, and familiarity with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and lab debugging tools.
- Experience with low-power electronics, sensors, batteries, and wireless technologies (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) used in wearable devices.
- Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional and international teams.
