About the role
- Define and own the website roadmap
- Prioritize features that drive conversion, retention, and membership adoption
- Manage backlog and sprint planning with engineering
- Improve site performance, speed, and UX consistency
- Lead A/B testing across landing pages, PDP, checkout, and onboarding
- Optimize pricing presentation, bundling, and subscription framing
- Increase CVR, AOV, and membership attach rate
- Design clear value communication for Plaud membership tiers
- Optimize subscription flows (trial, upsell, renewal)
- Improve onboarding journey from purchase → activation → first value
- Partner with cross-function team on product launches and messaging rollout
- Work closely with Engineering (implementation), Brand (narrative & positioning), Growth (paid traffic & funnel performance), Product (feature roadmap & membership model), Regional teams (localization).
Requirements
- 3-8 years in website product management or growth product roles
- Experience at fast-growing official website + SaaS or membership-driven brands
- Strong experimentation background (A/B testing, funnel optimization)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Good product taste, systems thinker, builder
- Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.
