About the role

  • Own end-to-end product design for complex AI-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
  • Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.
  • Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
  • Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability.
  • Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, Al, or platforms).
  • Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Hands-on experience designing Al-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
  • Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
