About the role

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global campaigns for Plaud’s software and AI products.
  • Turn product strategy into compelling, multi-channel campaigns that connect hardware, AI & software, and platform stories into one seamless narrative.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Regional teams to design go-to-market plans across paid, social, PR, influencer, and owned channels.
  • Use data and AI tools to track performance, optimize campaigns in real-time, and uncover insights that drive future growth.
  • Build scalable campaign frameworks that improve consistency, speed, and quality across global markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or product marketing within tech, SaaS, or AI industries.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — able to handle multiple launches simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Comfortable working with creative and media partners, managing assets and approvals.
  • Fluent in English; proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency
  • Experience launching software or AI products across global markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C integrated marketing strategy is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, etc.) to enhance workflow and campaign optimisation is preferred.
  • Experience working with creative or media agencies across time zones is preferred.
  • Passion for shaping the future of human–AI collaboration is preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
