About the role
- Own the end-to-end SOTA experience of our desktop application by designing and iterating AI-powered workflows that drive engagement, retention, and NPS.
- Work deeply within online meeting workflows to identify user pain points and deliver impactful, innovative solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain leadership in UX quality and interaction depth through data-driven improvement.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, QA, and Marketing to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in consumer internet products.
- Proven experience in note-taking, document, or productivity tools, owning core modules and delivering complex workflows with engineering teams.
- Strong empathy for professional users and efficiency-driven workflows, able to drive innovation through user insights, data, and competitive analysis.
- Strong product design and UX mindset, skilled at applying AI tools throughout the product design process to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and iteration quality.
