About the role

  • As a People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and leading our approximately 40 trainees and students.
  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting and onboarding process for our apprenticeship positions – from the job posting and selection process through to the welcome week.
  • You conduct probationary reviews, feedback sessions and annual goal-setting meetings, organize regular meetings, and maintain close communication with trainee and student representatives as well as our departmental mentors.
  • You strategically develop our training program further and contribute new ideas for the future.
  • You independently optimize all processes in your area and ensure that our training remains modern and distinctive.
  • You work closely with the P&C team, lead your own projects, and can take on responsibility for cross-functional topics when required.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree – ideally with a focus on hospitality or human resources.
  • You bring initial experience in HR-related tasks and are motivated to expand your knowledge and leadership experience.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and managing processes independently – you think ahead, not only along.
  • You enjoy working with people, communicate honestly and respectfully, and build trust.
  • You think flexibly, enjoy creating structures, and work in an organized and reliable manner.
  • You have a good sense for trends in HR and want to make our processes modern and attractive.
  • You have quick comprehension, high commitment, and personal responsibility comes naturally to you.
