About the role

  • You take a key role in supporting and leading our roughly 40 apprentices and students, ensuring their training is not only excellent professionally but also outstanding on a personal level.
  • You are responsible for the entire process for our training positions – from the job posting and selection process to the welcome week.
  • You conduct probationary, feedback and annual goal meetings, organize regular meetings, and maintain close communication with the apprentice and student representatives as well as our departmental mentors.
  • You strategically further develop our training program and contribute new ideas for the future.
  • You independently optimize all processes in your area and ensure our training remains modern and distinctive.
  • You work closely with the People & Culture team, lead your own projects, and can take responsibility for cross-functional topics when required.

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a relevant degree – ideally with a focus on hospitality or human resources.
  • You bring initial experience in HR and are eager to expand your knowledge and leadership skills.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and managing processes independently – you don’t just think along, you think ahead.
  • You love working with people, communicate honestly and respectfully, and build trust.
  • You think flexibly, enjoy creating structures, and work in an organized and reliable manner.
  • You have a feel for HR trends and want to make our processes modern and attractive.
  • You have a quick understanding and a high level of commitment – personal responsibility is natural for you.
