Engineer

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Plantible’s capacity-expansion and tech-transfer projects—from greenhouse blocks, irrigation/water, and site/civil to downstream processing lines and utilities
• Turn scope into drawings, contracts, and execution plans; lead EPCs/GCs/OEMs and internal teams; control schedule, cost, quality, safety from FEL through start-up
• Expand Eldorado, TX facility and standardize/replicate a buildable module for future U.S. and international sites
• Deliver projects from FEL through start-up: FEL-1/2/3, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, performance validation, and handover
• Execute design, specification, and construction management of manufacturing modules, including existing production facility upgrades
• Develop and hone budgetary estimates and schedules for active and prospective projects
• Engage and maintain relationships with major equipment suppliers; act as primary technical lead during major equipment negotiations
• Collaborate across technical and commercial teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute ongoing measures; provide solutions and optimization support to operations
• Lead MOC process for supported activities, coordinate support functions, submit MOC, update documents, and complete Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR)
• Support Project Teams and Operations in the commissioning and start-up of new/modified facilities
• Act as key interface to ensure regulatory and HSE compliance
• On-site presence expected when engineering support is needed; design, improve, and install equipment and engineering solutions to enhance facility performance and robustness
