Support our users in analyzing business processes and answering questions related to various modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP), both nationally and internationally
Handle and resolve SAP support requests from business units in collaboration with an international, 15-person Application Support team, using a ticketing system
Gain initial experience in customizing and debugging
Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes and ensure smooth operations by creating technical documentation
Coordinate with process owners and assist in designing training for key users

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration — or alternatively, vocational training with an IT focus and several years of relevant professional experience
Interest in how IT systems and process chains function
Ideally, initial experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), and/or documentation systems (e.g., Confluence)
Good written and spoken German and English to communicate effectively in an international environment
Independent and structured way of working, with a user-oriented and friendly demeanor
