About the role
- Perform full life cycle recruiting for certified athletic trainers
- Create recruitment plans and communicate progress
- Source, identify, and evaluate candidates for interviews
- Develop recruitment pipelines in a fast-paced environment
- Create accurate and engaging advertising for job fairs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Use applicant tracking system to review candidates
- Collaborate with program managers on job requisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Applicant Tracking System experience, iCIMS preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability and aptitude to learn technical requirements
- Ability to track and present information and data
- Work cooperatively with internal staff, management, and candidates
- Internet savvy regarding talent searches
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, i.e., Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook
- Additional technical recruiting experience preferred
