About the role
- The Chief of Staff (COS) serves as an organizational leader, strategic advisor and trusted partner to the President & CEO, ensuring leadership effectiveness, organizational alignment, and long-term growth.
- Acting as a conduit and proxy for the CEO, the COS prioritizes and coordinates commitments to maximize the CEO’s impact on PPWI’s mission.
- Partners with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance PPWI’s mission and strengthen organizational performance.
- Directly leads two agency teams — the Executive Office and Marketing & Communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., J.D., MBA, MPA, or related field) preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, including roles in strategy, operations, executive-level support, execute-level leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record in external relations, stakeholder engagement, and donor relationship management.
- Experience supervising teams and developing staff.
