About the role
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Cultivate relationships with passive talent and industry professionals to expand PPLM’s network.
- Promote PPLM’s culture, values, and opportunities as an employer of choice.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts including job postings, social engagement, employer branding activities, and participation in career fairs or related events.
- Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a respectful, transparent hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to provide a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate notes, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to process improvements and support additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within healthcare or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, including experience engaging passive candidates.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and familiarity with employment-related regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Experience using an ATS; familiarity with Lever and/or ADP WFN is a plus.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work respectfully and effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
