Payroll

• Manage the full accounts payable process, including vendor setup, invoice review and coding, approval routing, and payment processing via check and ACH.
• Maintain vendor records and support compliance with IRS W-9 and 1099 reporting requirements.
• Review expense accounts and assist with month-end accrual determinations.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and collaborate with Human Resources to support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, Massachusetts, and applicable local payroll, tax, and wage-and-hour requirements.
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.
• Maintain accounting records for inventory transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

• Create and oversee segmented, multi-channel fundraising campaigns and solicitation plans.

• Manage and grow donor engagement initiatives, including leadership annual giving programs.
• Develop and manage annual giving and donor engagement budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
• Stay current on trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in fundraising, donor engagement, stewardship, marketing, and communications.
• Design and implement a comprehensive donor stewardship program that builds meaningful relationships with donors at all giving levels.
• Develop innovative strategies to cultivate, recognize, engage, and retain supporters.
• Lead the planning and execution of annual fundraising campaigns, appeals, and donor communications.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of fundraising professionals.
