About the role
- Lead OCM workstreams for large, complex Copilot deployments across Federal organizations.
- Develop full scale rollout strategies with clear phases, milestones, and adoption schedules for all levels (executives, managers, end users, champions, and technical teams).
- Build and deploy structured implementation plans that include: Stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments like persona and use-cases; Communication sequencing and messaging frameworks; Multi‑tiered training waves; Champion programs launch and sustainment; Measurement and change‑reinforcement activities
- Identify high value use cases, address end user concerns, and guide Federal organizations through behavioral and workflow changes.
- Provide or create repeatable process to manage the discovery process including workshops, interviews, surveys, and focus groups to understand organizational culture and readiness using PROSCI and ADKAR principles
- Develop and deliver enterprise communications, training materials, and mission aligned adoption content.
- Drive coordinated change activities during each rollout phase (pilot, early adopter, broad deployment, sustainment).
- Track adoption metrics and adjust plans based on data and user feedback.
- Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform) and Microsoft Copilot best practices.
- Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders and team members ensuring that successful technical deployment and change activities remain aligned
Requirements
- 5+ years leading enterprise OCM or digital transformation efforts associated with the Microsoft 365 technology suite, ideally within Federal agencies or government organizations.
- Proven experience delivering large scale, enterprise-wide rollout programs with structured change plans, timelines, and measurement frameworks ideally with Microsoft Copilot
- Knowledge and artifacts that will support common challenges, best practices, and adoption strategies in a Federal enterprise environment.
- PROSCI certification and Experience conducting user research and post implementation assessments.
- Previous team leadership experience and the ability to drive to successful project completion within timelines and budgets to client expectations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills that thrive in fast paced, complex, and mission driven environments.
- Ability to work onsite in the DC Metro Area as needed.
