Customer Support

• Engage with customers via telephone, online chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective responses
• Assist customers in using the Planday platform, offering best practices for scheduling and administration
• Analyse and troubleshoot customer issues before escalating to second-line technical support
• Relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams
• Proactively identify and implement the best solutions for customers and the team
• Handle customer cases efficiently and forward them to the full-time team when necessary
• Communicate effectively with the department and second-line team
• Implement best practices in customer support
• Follow the right processes in the daily workflow
• Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Manager
