About the role
- Lead People Operations and act as People Partner for Germany
- Advise managers and handle complex employee relations cases
- Own end-to-end People Operations including contracts and payroll
- Design and improve people policies and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and resolve people requests via the dialogue system
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a People Ops / HRBP / People Partner role (or similar)
- Strong knowledge of compliance-relevant People Operations topics
- HRIS proficiency (Personio preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1/C2)
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or growth-stage environment
- Hands-on experience with automated dashboards and workflow improvements (nice-to-have)
