General

• Provides onsite and remote support to all YPII staff for hardware/software installation or maintenance.
• Assesses office users’ IT needs and delivers solutions.
• Configures and supports meeting room audio/visual equipment and systems.
• Provides escalated technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, NAS, network, or PC equipment failure), including data backup and recovery.
• Responsible for monitoring data backups in offices to ensure that they are completed regularly.
• Performs medium to complex software/hardware troubleshooting, patches, and re-installations in cooperation with the Global Hub Helpdesk.
• Performing administrative management & documentation of new assets, asset transfer, & repair
• Ensuring assets are capitalized, maintained, used, and disposed of appropriately.
• Assisting in managing the disposal of organizational assets, ensuring compliance.

• Identify and secure high-impact media opportunities that advance organisational priorities and shape public and policy conversations
• Provide strategic communications leadership across advocacy, campaigns, research, partnerships, and programmes to maximise external impact
• Lead the organisation’s global approach to reputation risk, issues management, and crisis communications across diverse and high-risk contexts
• Advise the Leadership Team on high-profile, sensitive, and complex issues, providing clear, timely, and actionable guidance
