About the role
- Provide executive and administrative support to leaders/teams within Policy and Legal
- Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
- Partner closely with leaders and team both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
- Coordinate internal meetings and ensure agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
- Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events
- Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination
- Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events.
- Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level Executives
- 5+ years experience providing administrative or project support, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment
- Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership
- A motivated and resourceful self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity and think on their feet
- Agility and flexibility to quickly respond to changing priorities and proactivity in anticipating the needs of others
- A high degree of emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and provide reliable, consistent support to colleagues and partners across the organization.
