About the role
- Own the entire sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing for new logos
- Develop strategic account plans for existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Act as a subject matter expert on FinTech trends and regulatory changes
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple business units and levels
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions
- Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene and provide accurate quarterly revenue forecasts
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Proficiency in a structured sales framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler)
- Financial literacy—understanding P&L impact, ROI modeling, and regulatory landscape
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approx. 25%)
