About the role

  • Own the entire sales process from initial prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing for new logos
  • Develop strategic account plans for existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell revenue
  • Act as a subject matter expert on FinTech trends and regulatory changes
  • Build and maintain relationships across multiple business units and levels
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions
  • Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene and provide accurate quarterly revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
  • Proficiency in a structured sales framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler)
  • Financial literacy—understanding P&L impact, ROI modeling, and regulatory landscape
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approx. 25%)
