About the role

  • Responsible for generating profitable new business and providing best-in-class service to our customer base.
  • Utilize technology, market intelligence, and entrepreneurial drive to grow market share with existing and new business customers.
  • Research leads and reach decision makers to service freight opportunities.
  • Develop a portfolio of active clients.
  • Negotiate rates, develop logistics solutions, and execute freight on behalf of customers.
  • Work closely with vendors, carriers, customers, and account managers to ensure the highest level of service and support.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year college or technical school), preferred.
