About the role

  • Prospect and develop a client portfolio to increase revenue, margin, and market share
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through prospecting, negotiation, and management of logistics contracts, ensuring profitability, operational adherence, and client retention
  • Prospect new shippers (industry, retail, etc.)
  • Develop opportunities in full-truckload transport, warehousing, or dedicated projects
  • Gather technical requirements (volume, cubage/dimensional weight, SLA, routes, cargo profile)
  • Prepare commercial proposals aligned with cost engineering
  • Negotiate contracts and freight rate tables
  • Oversee implementation of new contracts with operations
  • Manage an active portfolio with focus on retention and upsell
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Meet targets for revenue, margin, and new contracts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Ability to manage a client portfolio
  • Availability to travel
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Experience in the segment (specify sector), basic knowledge of SLAs and logistics KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields)
  • CRM experience
