Designer

• Design in-game systems that shape player progression, grow retention and monetisation, and deliver an overall fun experience to the player
• Own the design, balance and monitoring of game economy, liveops and monetisation
• Propose new liveops and monetisation features by pitching their ROI so their value can be quantified for roadmap prioritization
• Closely collaborate with Product Director and Combat Designer to define the game’s roadmap, and its new content needs to update the meta, satisfy player needs, refresh the game experience and create new monetisation opportunities
• Continuously monitor, with the support of the product and community team, player behavior and feedback patterns to make adjustments and improvements to the game's live content
