About the role
- Monitor and manage sales opportunities identified during the commercial process;
- Follow up on Leads generated by Lead Generation and process them;
- Identify and qualify potential clients and opportunities;
- Prepare commercial proposals and technical project documentation when required;
- Ensure the quality of the sale within the company’s commercial terms and portfolio, generating value for the end customer;
- Negotiate the developed proposal with the client;
- Perform the handover of the project from the Commercial team to the Delivery team;
- Manage the full sales cycle (Prospecting to Closing) using consultative sales methodologies, identifying decision-makers, influencers, and end users;
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and related KPIs for the area;
- Document administrative information related to commercial activities (Salesforce; weekly activity plans; commercial agreements signed, etc.);
- Stay up to date on the company’s product portfolio;
- Participate in trade shows, internal and external events, and conferences involving commercial activities;
- Maintain customer satisfaction within your account base, strengthening relationships with the aim of expanding the product portfolio, increasing share of wallet, and focusing on retention.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Healthcare IT market, with work across the full portfolio of solutions focused on clinical care and diagnostic medicine;
- Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Salesforce CRM tool;
- Knowledge of consultative sales processes and social relationship building (LinkedIn) is a plus;
- Familiarity with the Pixeon product portfolio is a plus.
