About the role
- The position focuses on proactively identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound activities.
- Represent Pix4D as the first point of contact with potential customers, providing exceptional initial engagement and qualifying inbound leads.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers by conducting discovery calls and understanding their needs.
- You will work closely with our Business Development Executive to jointly support customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken German (Native or C1) for professional B2B customer communication.
- Proficient in English, as it is our company language.
- The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- You have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in reaching out to new customers by phone (2-5 years is an advantage).
- Experienced in using CRM systems (e.g., experience using HubSpot is an advantage).
- We are looking for a communicative, resilient, and reliable individual with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Motivated, self-starting, and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- A customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships over the phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- On-site in the Berlin office at least twice a week
