About the role

  • Support local operational procurement requirements for IT and technology-related purchases.
  • Lead competitive sourcing activities for higher-value goods and services.
  • Execute day-to-day purchasing activities for low-value IT-related requests.
  • Lead and manage RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes end-to-end for higher-value purchases.
  • Support internal stakeholders in the specification, evaluation, negotiation, and award of supplier contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, audit requirements, and preferred supplier strategies.
  • Liaise proactively with the Global IT Procurement team to align sourcing actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage supplier relationships and performance.
  • Track and report key procurement metrics, including cost savings, cycle times, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain complete and accurate procurement documentation in relevant systems.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate spend, improve processes, and create value for local stakeholders.
  • Support resolution of invoicing and P2P issues with vendors and Accounts Payable where needed.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably within IT categories.
  • Proven experience running structured RFP / RFQ processes independently.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Ariba/Coupa or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities across functions and regions.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with minimal supervision.
