About the role

  • Coordinate all warehouse and distribution activities carried out by external 3PL partners.
  • Ensure service quality by defining and monitoring relevant KPIs and target values and by initiating corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, with a focus on delivery times and delivery accuracy.
  • Establish clear and proactive communication channels to identify and resolve service risks early, working closely with Sales, Customer Service, HSE and other internal departments.
  • Lead, coach and develop the internal logistics team through clear objectives, performance monitoring and support for professional development, while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Supervise inventory control and ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouses under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Very good command of English and German.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid experience in KPI management and performance reporting.
  • Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally SAP.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder-management skills, both internal and external.
  • High flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A team player with an independent and effective working style.
