About the role
- Ensure qualified technical training in accordance with legal requirements, training regulations and the framework curriculum
- Organize and coordinate training processes
- Continuously develop and implement innovative training and qualification concepts
- Solid knowledge of mechanics
- Teach technical aspects of modern machine technology
- Select, hire and supervise apprentices and DHBW (dual-study) students
- Promote the personal and professional development of apprentices
- Supervise interns, retraining participants and student trainees
- Participate in internal and external working groups
- Cost-center planning and control
Requirements
- Completed technical degree with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a factory environment
- Good command of English
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
- AdA certificate (trainer qualification)
- Experience in training or instructing technical professionals is an advantage
- Efficient, goal- and results-oriented working style
- Flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and moderation/facilitation skills
